At-Home STEM Kits
The NDSGC is committed to providing Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math (STEM) support to students across the state of North Dakota. Our At-Home STEM Kits allow students to conduct a simple STEM activity wherever they live, with adult supervision. All kits are free and require minimal supplies. Please read through and complete this form if you would like an At-Home STEM Kit to be mailed to a North Dakota address.
STEM Pals
The North Dakota Space Grant Consortium STEM Pal program allows students to submit a letter to a STEM Ambassador. The goal of STEM Pals is to encourage communication and cultivate curiosity in the fields of STEM. Letters can be in the form of a paper letter, an email, a voice memo, or a hand-drawn picture. Students can ask a STEM Ambassador any questions they may have about Science, Technology, Engineering, Math, or college life as a STEM student. Please fill out this form to begin correspondence.
STEM Ambassador Virtual Visits
To promote Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math (STEM) across North Dakota, the North Dakota Space Grant Consortium established the STEM Ambassador program. STEM Ambassadors are undergraduate and graduate STEM students that conduct hands-on activities with North Dakota students, families, and communities. Due to COVID-19 restrictions and the need for social distancing, we are now offering STEM Ambassador virtual visits.
Please complete our form if you would like to have a STEM Ambassador virtually chat with your K-12 classroom. The goal of these visits is to encourage communication and cultivate curiosity within the fields of STEM.
